Work+ was started in 2020 at Arizona State University in response to a need for more meaningful student employment on campus. VCU joined in 2023 as part of the initial national collective cohort. This shift in perspective provides both working learners and their supervisors with the resources they need to create and sustain meaningful work experiences during college.
